ABSTRACT
Abstract Radix Puerariae (RP), a dry root of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, is used to treat variety diseases, including cancer. Several in vitro and vivo studies have demonstrated the efficacy RP treatment colon cancer (CC). However, biological mechanism remains unclear. In this study, active component its potential molecular against CC were studied by network pharmacology enrichment analysis. The methods adopted included screening ingredients Chinese medicine, predicting target genes medicine disease, constructing protein interaction network, conducting GO KEGG Finally, results further validated docking experiments cell experiments. Eight constituents 14 targets screened from RP, EGFR, JAK2 SRC. was analysed studying relationship between components, targets, pathways. These findings provide basis for understanding clinical application CC.
