ABSTRACT
Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have different unique properties and a wide range of applications in fields. Thereby, there is growing urgency for the production AuNPs using safe an economic method. In this study, optimization fermentation conditions by Bacillus subtilis NRC1 extracellular synthesis response surface methodology was achieved. The data obtained from Plackett-Burman design followed Box-Behnken indicated accuracy reliability model it could be used to navigate space with reasonable accuracy. Numerical active filtrate production, showed optimum 0.74% (w/v) casein hydrolysate, 3.99% dextrin, 47 × 106 CFU/ml inoculum size at pH 7.76 25 [Formula: see text]C give maximum biosynthesis. highly valid had confidence factor 98.48%. Statistical resulted 2.6-fold increase compared that non-optimized medium.
