ABSTRACT
The variability in response to conventional prostate cancer (PC) therapies, coupled with the emergent issue of drug resistance, underscores critical need for innovative treatment strategies. Aerobic physical exercise reduced incidence several cancers, but mechanism underlying these effects associated nanoemulsion not fully understood. application a lipid (LDE) delivery system docetaxel (DTX), showing marked enhancement therapeutic efficacy when combined aerobic exercise. This novel intervention potentiates antitumor activity LDE-delivered DTX by augmenting nanoparticle internalization and inducing cell cycle arrest. Our findings reveal that this synergistic only significantly reduces weight mitigates adenocarcinoma proliferation also attenuates anti-apoptotic BCL-2 protein expression. Concurrently, it elevates pro-apoptotic proteins diminishes inflammatory markers. Metabolic profiling therapy group disclosed additional benefits, such as plasma glucose levels. Collectively, our data illuminate profound impact integrating LDE-mediated structured exercise, which together spearhead dual-front assault on PC. multimodal approach heralds new paradigm PC management, accentuating promise pharmacological non-pharmacological interventions elevate tumor suppressor refine patient outcomes.
