ABSTRACT
Abstract Traditional means for scoring the effects of anti-cancer drugs on growth and survival cell lines is based relative number in drug-treated control samples seriously confounded by unequal division rates arising from natural biological variation differences culture conditions. This problem can be overcome computing drug sensitivity a per-division basis. The normalized rate inhibition (GR) approach yields metrics potency ( GR 50 ) efficacy max that are analogous to more familiar IC E values. In this work, we report GR-based, proliferation-corrected, ~4,700 pairs breast cancer perturbagens. Such data broadly useful understanding molecular basis therapeutic response resistance. Here, use them investigate relationship between different measures conclude exhibit high only weakly correlated. To facilitate further these data, computed curves browsed interactively at http://www.GRbrowser.org/ .
