ABSTRACT
Chromatin replication involves duplicating DNA while maintaining epigenetic information. These processes are critical for genome stability and preserving cell-type identity. Here we describe a simple experimental approach that allows chromatin to be captured its content analysed after in vivo labeling of by cellular polymerases. We show this technique is highly specific proteins bound the replicated can analyzed both immunological techniques large scale mass spectrometry.
