ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to investigate the contribution chromosomal anomalies and frequency particular types aberrations in general couples preparing for pregnancy make recommendations on basis medical literature. A total 6,198 were included present study. karyotypes generated from peripheral blood lymphocyte cultures cytogenetic analysis performed using G-banding. In 12,396 cases, detected 59 cases (0.48%, 59/12,396). Among them, translocation 0.35% (n = 43). Sex accounted 0.07% 9), including Klinefelter syndrome (KS) 4), Turner (TS) 4) XYY 1). others, inversions 6) deletion 1), 0.06%. Our indicates that clinically important defects are at a remarkable eastern China, suggesting pre-pregnancy should be routinely among area so informed decision can made, which will help improve quality pregnancy.
