ABSTRACT
CCT domain-containing genes generally control flowering in plants. Currently, only six of the 41 family have been confirmed to rice. To efficiently identify more heading date-related from family, we compared positions date QTLs and found that 25 were located QTL regions. Association mapping showed a total 19 associated with date. Five seven within regions two four outside regulate by transformation. None non-associated regulates Obviously, combination candidate gene-based association linkage analysis could improve identification functional genes. Three novel genes, including one (OsCCT01) (OsCCT11 OsCCT19) regulated The overexpression OsCCT01 delayed through suppressing expression Ehd1, Hd3a RFT1 under both long day short conditions. Potential functions regulating some untested discussed.
