ABSTRACT
Abstract The tunability of surface plasmon resonance can enable the highest degree localised enhancement to be achieved, based on emitting or absorbing wavelength. In this article, tunable dipole resonances Ag nanoparticles (NPs) are realized by modification SiO 2 dielectric layer thicknesses. layers both beneath and over NPs affected wavelengths local plasmons (LSPs). By adjusting thickness from 5 nm 20 nm, shifted 470 410 nm. Meanwhile, after sandwiching growing before fabrication then overcoating with various thicknesses changed 450 490 cladding tune NP charge, leading a change in effective permittivity surrounding medium thus blueshift redshift Also, quadrupole were suppressed because suppress level splitting caused coupling effect.
