ABSTRACT
Abstract The maturation process of lymphocyte was related to many blood diseases, such as lymphoma and lymphoid leukemia. Many TFs miRNAs were separately studied in the development B T cells. In this study, we aim discover TF miRNA co-regulation identify key regulators cells maturation. We obtained candidate genes, for each stage their maturation, then constructed TF-miRNA-gene feed-forward loops (FFLs) by our previous methods. Statistical test FFLs indicated enrichment significance. TF-miRNA co-regulatory networks combining FFLs. Hub analysis revealed stage, example, MYC, STAT5A, PAX5 miR-17 ~ 92 transition pro-B into pre-B also identified a few common modules two stages cell (e.g. miR-146a/NFKB1/BCL11A) miR-20/CCND2/SORL1), well some shared early both development. Our network will help increase understanding mature cell, diseases.
