ABSTRACT
Abstract One of the important functions in a communication network is distribution information. It not problem to accomplish this classical system since information can be copied at will. However, challenges arise quantum because extra noise often added when content state distributed various users. Here, we experimentally demonstrate tap by using fiber optical parametric amplifier (FOPA) with correlated inputs, whose reduced destructive interference through entanglement between signal and idler input fields. By measuring figure FOPA comparing regular FOPA, observe an improvement 0.7 ± 0.1 dB 0.84 0.09 from outputs, respectively. When low as splitter, device has total transfer coefficient T s + i = 1.5 0.2, which greater than limit 1. Moreover, based works 1550 nm telecom band, so it compatible current fiber-optical for distribution.
