ABSTRACT
T-2 toxin is a main type A trichothecene mycotoxin which the most toxic trichothecence. has posed various effects on human and animals in vigorous cell proliferation tissues like lymphoid, hematopoietic gastrointestinal tissues, while HT-2 major metabolite deacetylated by toxin. In this study, we focused of porcine oocyte maturation. We treated with vitro, first found that treatment inhibited polar body extrusion cumulus expansion. observed disrupted meiotic spindle morphology after treatment, might be due to reduced p-MAPK protein level. Actin distribution was also disturbed, indicating affects cytoskeleton oocytes. next explored causes for failure maturation treatment. oocytes showed increased ROS level, indicated oxidative stress had occurred. detected autophagy as well early apoptosis Due fact could induced apoptosis, our results caused autophagy, further affected
