T-2 toxin is a main type A trichothecene mycotoxin which the most toxic trichothecence. has posed various effects on human and animals in vigorous cell proliferation tissues like lymphoid, hematopoietic gastrointestinal tissues, while HT-2 major metabolite deacetylated by toxin. In this study, we focused of porcine oocyte maturation. We treated with vitro, first found that treatment inhibited polar body extrusion cumulus expansion. observed disrupted meiotic spindle morphology after treatment, might be due to reduced p-MAPK protein level.
