ABSTRACT
Abstract The human gut microbiota varies considerably among world populations due to a variety of factors including genetic background, diet, cultural habits and socioeconomic status. Here we characterized 110 healthy Mongolian adults by shotgun metagenomic sequencing compared the intestinal microbiome Mongolians, Hans European cohorts. results showed that taxonomic profile cohorts revealed Actinobaceria Bifidobacterium were key microbes contributing differences Europeans at phylum level genus level, respectively. Metagenomic species analysis indicated Faecalibacterium prausnitzii Coprococcus comes enrich in people which might contribute health through anti-inflammatory properties butyrate production, On other hand, enriched Collinsella , biomarker symptomatic atherosclerosis patients, be associated with high morbidity cardiovascular cerebrovascular diseases adults. At functional unique microbial metabolic pathway was present Mongolian’s mainly distributed amino acid metabolism, carbohydrate energy lipid glycan biosynthesis metabolism. We can attribute specific signatures their genotype, dietary living environment.
