ABSTRACT
Abstract Tumour metastasis is an important reason for cancer death, and cell migration step in the process of tumour metastasis. Studying great significance. Here, we present a novel microfluidic co-culture system establish mild, moderate severe models by using HMEpiC MDA-MB–231 cells to study anti-cancer drug screening. Using this device, achieved high viability (over 90%) stable analysis ability cells. We observed that density determined probability occurrence metastatic induction normal affected velocity each cell. verified increase MDA-MB-231 co-cultured with was relative increased secretion IL-6 inhibitor assay. This also led decreased CK-14 morphological changes Finally, significant inhibition paclitaxel tamoxifen on observed. Taken together, our device could be useful tool quantitation migratory capability anti-metastatic
