ABSTRACT
Abstract The mortality of rhabdomyolysis-induced AKI remains high because no effective therapy exists. We investigated a new therapeutic method using MSCs. aim this study was to investigate the potential and anti-apoptotic mechanisms action MSCs in treatment induced by glycerol vivo vitro . used Duragen as biological membrane pack on glycerol-injured renal tissue mechanism investigated. In , HK-2 cells were incubated with ferrous myoglobin MSCs-conditioned medium, followed cell proliferation apoptosis assays. founded that packing injured preserved function, ameliorated tubular lesions, reduced mice glycerol-induced AKI. MSC-conditioned medium improved viability inhibited apoptosis. These effects reversed PI3K inhibitor LY294002. Biological has rescue function inhibiting protect from have thus demonstrated rhabdomyolysis-associated injury activating PI3K/Akt pathway
