ABSTRACT
Abstract Poor antigenic presentation of tumor tissues and a lack specific targets currently limit the success nanoparticle delivery system. Cellular carrier technique has been recently explored extensively as substitutive or supplement for traditional targeting Here, we demonstrate usage mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) loaded with doxorubicin containing polymer nanoparticles in pulmonary melanoma metastases therapy, modified targeted The characterizations prepared MSCs sensitivity to DOX PLGA-DOX were measured. In vitro tropism, vivo distributions also investigated. findings have demonstrated that, system not only integrates controlled-release property but exhibits tropism penetrative characteristics MSCs. Furthermore, anti-tumor study that drug had potent efficacy lung treatment.
