ABSTRACT
We report a simple, low-cost and detachable microfluidic chip incorporating easily accessible paper, glass slides or other polymer films as the materials along with adhesive wax recycling bonding material. use laser to cut through paper film form patterns then sandwich between sheets membranes. The hot-melt can realize bridge various materials, for example, polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) film, sheets, metal plate. process is reversible reusable melting cooling process. With this process, three-dimensional (3D) achievable by vacuating venting in hot-water bath. To study biocompatibility applicability of wax-based chip, we tested PCR compatibility first. Then applied wax-paper based HeLa cell electroporation (EP). Subsequently, prototype 5-layer 3D was fabricated multilayer bonding. check sealing ability durability green fluorescence protein (GFP) recombinant Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria were cultured, which chemotaxis E. studied order determine influence antibiotic ciprofloxacin concentration on migration.
