ABSTRACT
Regular physical activity is associated with a reduced risk of coronary heart disease, as it probably modifies the balance between free-radical generation and antioxidant activity. On other hand, however, acute increases oxygen uptake leads to temporary imbalance production reactive nitrogen species (RONS) their disposal: this phenomenon called oxidative stress. Proteins are one most important oxidation targets during exercise carbonylation common protein modifications. In cells there physiological level oxidized proteins that doesn't interfere cell function; an increase in levels may cause series cellular malfunctions could lead disease state. For reason quantification distinguish healthy state from Several studies have demonstrated carbonylated plasma athletes after exercise, but none identified oxidation. Recently process decarbonylation has been discovered, indicate be involved signal transduction. The aim our research was characterize response trained male endurance athletes. We analyzed by proteomic approach at resting condition two different kinds (PE). used 2D-GE followed western blot specific antibodies against proteins. 2D analysis Haptoglobin potential target PE. also Serotransferrin Fibrinogen whose exercise. These methods allowed us obtain overview
