ABSTRACT
The synthesis of cadmium stannate (Cd2SnO4 CTO) nanoparticle powders and the deposition patterning thin Cd2SnO4 films were achieved via a polymeric precursor approach. Conditions for phase formation cubic spinel evaluated, first time system was obtained in single powder form from system. Thin prepared by spin coating solution followed thermal treatment. Highly transparent 20 nm thick with minimum sheet resistance 110 Ohm prepared. A imprint process PDMS molds used sub-micrometre range. Nanostructured CTO are essential to improve structured electrodes opto-electronic devices such as CdTe-based film solar cells.
