ABSTRACT
In this study, a flexible supercapacitor based on cloth-supported single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and conducting polyaniline (PANI) nanowire array composite electrode is designed assembled. A non-woven wiper cloth used as substrate to produce conductive SWCNT/cloth by dip coating it in the SWCNT ink. PANI arrays are then successfully deposited onto surface of through dilute polymerization obtain PANI/SWCNT/cloth electrode, which assemble directly. The for supercapacitors possesses merits large capacitance (410 F g−1), high rate capability, good stability, may lead its future potential application high-performance devices.
