ABSTRACT
We present a novel centrifugal microfluidic platform for the highly efficient manipulation and analysis of particles applications in bead-based assays. The uses an array geometrical V-cup barriers to trap using stopped-flow sedimentation under reproducible hydrodynamic conditions. impact parameters governing occupancy distribution capture efficiency arrayed traps are investigated. unique, nearly 100% paired with capability establish sharply peaked, single distributions enables novel, digital readout mode color-multiplexed, particle-based assays low-complexity instrumentation. presented technology marks essential step towards versatile integration bead- cell-based biological
