ABSTRACT
Aiming to significantly enhance solar cell efficiency through light management, we designed and fabricated transparent electrodes with a double-period structure. After demonstrating significant increase of quantum in short wavelengths small-period self-textured ZnO : B, long large-period texture-etched Al, respectively, made the electrode by integrating B Al on μc-Si H cells, using conventional physical chemical vapor deposition techniques. Our investigation indicates that can play an important role towards improving absorption trapping, thus effectively increasing reducing cost electricity from cells.
