ABSTRACT
A surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS)-active extraction column based on propanethiol modified silver dendrites was fabricated. The column, which combines the advantages of solid phase and SERS, may facilitate development rapid analysis with high reliability accuracy. High temporal stability (under a continuous intensive laser radiation) excellent repeatability (repeated elution) were also achieved using this column. As an example, quantitative fluoranthene accomplished in concentration range 0.01–100 μg mL−1 process could be 10 s total time one sample including extraction, spectral acquisition, elution intermediate less than 30 s. This method can greatly simplify preparation reduce time.
