ABSTRACT
Vertically oriented CuInS(2) nanosheet thin films were prepared via a facile one-step solvothermal process and used in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) as counter electrodes. The catalytic activity of the based on different precursor concentrations was investigated using electrochemical methods. DSSCs optimized film electrodes reached power conversion efficiency 6.33%, comparable to that sputtering Pt (6.07%).
