ABSTRACT
Homopyrimidine acyclic (l)-threoninol nucleic acid (aTNA) was synthesized and found to form highly stable (l)-aTNA–DNA–(l)-aTNA and (l)-aTNA–RNA–(l)-aTNA triple helical structures.
