ABSTRACT
Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) as thin films have gained considerable attention in recent years because of their potential applications different fields. However, preparation integrated photonic MOF still remains a major challenge. This study reports an approach for the fabrication NH2-MIL-88B with general application to other based on simple spin-coating technique. A systematic effect suspension concentration, rotation speed, and cycles thickness optical quality coated is presented. Moreover, sensing performance film deposited silicon wafer evaluated using ultraviolet-visible reflection analysis digital camera, revealing selective response various organic vapors. More importantly, such behavior can be easily rapidly visualized by naked eye.
