ABSTRACT
Redox-responsive polymers exhibit great potential as drug delivery systems. Herein, a redox-responsive PEGylated hyperbranched polyphosphoester (PPE) was synthesized through (A2 + B3) type polycondensation. The obtained PPE can self-assemble into nanoparticles in water. biocompatibility of the evaluated. hydrophobic chemotherapy doxorubicin (DOX) be efficiently encapsulated nanoparticles. Such DOX-loaded exhibited excellent stability due to PEGylation, and showed release behavior. In addition, flow cytometric analyses demonstrated that could internalized human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231, intracellular glutathione enhanced from based Therefore, such resulted inhibition tumor growth, suggesting anticancer delivery.
