ABSTRACT
Chiral iridium nanoparticles (IrNPs) were synthesized by H2reduction of (1,5-cyclooctadiene)(methoxy)iridium(i) dimer ([Ir(OMe)(COD)]2) in the presence an asymmetric secondary phosphine oxide.
