ABSTRACT
Flexible pressure sensors working in a low range (<10 kPa) have become an important part of recent research due to their applications "artificial skin", foldable electronics and so on. Several efforts been focused on the high sensitivity devices with neglect linearity which is essential for real applications. Here, we present device new Gaussian random distribution contact surface profile novel piezoresistive composite principle by numerical simulation, predicts combination wide sensitivity. With modified surfaces' effect capability these nanocomposite structures, outstanding can be achieved all along measuring scale from 0 14 kPa, around 13.8 kPa−1. The also provides fine stability reproducibility, are validated test.
