ABSTRACT
Silicon is the dominant semiconductor in modern society, but rigid nature of most Si structures hinders its applications flexible electronics. In this work, Si-based strain sensors are fabricated with fabric consisting long nanowires. The as-obtained demonstrate a large range 50% and gauge factor up to 350, which sufficient detect human motions superior performance over traditional sensors. results reveal that assembling strategy may potentially be applied large-scale fabrication highly sensitive, for emerging such as healthcare sports monitoring. Moreover, would also enable broad materials other wearable devices optoelectronics displays.
