ABSTRACT
MoS<sub>2</sub> is an earth-abundant and low-cost HER electrocatalyst that can substitute noble metal catalysts. Here, we develop the atomic layer deposition (ALD) of nanomaterials on p-Si photocathodes for highly efficient stable PEC water reduction reactions.
