ABSTRACT
Herein, an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor for ultrasensitive and specific detection of Kras mutant genes has been developed on the basis high discrimination capability locked nucleic acid (LNA) dual signal amplification techniques including DNA walkers hyperbranched rolling circle (HRCA).
