Herein, we have designed novel mesoporous ZnO (mZnO) nanocapsules with a size of ∼12 nm and loaded them Ova protein. <italic>In vivo</italic> studies in mice highlight the potency antigen mZnO as an efficient adjuvant vaccine delivery vehicle.
