Enhanced UV-visible light photodetectors with a TiO2/Si heterojunction using band engineering

The enhanced UV-visible light TiO₂/Si photodetectors were prepared by doping In or N in TiO₂ nanorod arrays. These devices have obvious advantages the applications of portable and wearable due to small driving voltages relatively large photocurrents.
