ABSTRACT
Current diagnostic methods for enamel caries detection are unable to detect lesions at a very early stage. Previous studies indicated that Raman spectroscopy is promising and effective tool the of caries. In our previous work, we showed several independent parameters obtained during analysis spectra allow identification carious formed in oral cavity (natural caries). The aim this research was estimate effectiveness determination specific changes human affected by artificial values study were compared with those work. Moreover, direction parameter value formation checked, also earlier results. results show maps permit local variations structure demineralization process. As follows from these few such as depolarization ratio, polarization anisotropy, position, intensity full width half maximum band changes. This investigation contributes development stage before visual enamel.
