ABSTRACT
A rapid and sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of difenoconazole propiconazole residues in banana matrices was established using GC-MS/MS. The average recovery rates from various ranged 76.7% to 94.9%. relative standard deviation between 0.9% 7.4%. effect adding organosilicon mineral oil adjuvants after being applied leaves examined. initial deposition amount 2 hours adjuvant treatment with 1.22-2.13 times higher than that water treatment. After two spray adjuvants, pesticides at on three samples followed order > soil fruit. degradation half-lives were range 1.91-7.30 days all treatments typical banana-growing areas China. group similar. However, could apparently increase half-life leaves. final levels whole fruits ≤0.1 mg kg-1 (MRL) 14 application. results this work may aid safe use production, especially when used adjuvants.
