ABSTRACT
Quantum dot microstructures were fabricated through a convenient microemulsion approach in this study. A polymer solution containing stabilizer was mixed with quantum aqueous solution, to prepare reversed microemulsion, shaking. Then, the cast on solid substrate followed by evaporating steps, resulting formation of an ordered porous film. Interestingly, microstructure can be produced at same time. The immunoassay experiment could realized fluorescent microstructures. green fluorescence specifically bound antigens marked red color dots, enhancement domains and decrease fluorescence. With addition unlabeled antigens, recovered. This strategy implies that pattern has potential biochip, biosensor, imaging analysis.
