ABSTRACT
To achieve sensitive, selective and facile detection of hydrazine in environmental biological systems, a fluorescent probe (Che-Dcv) with unique nonaromatic fluorophore was developed. Upon addition 20% DMSO-PBS buffer (pH = 7.4, 10 mM, v/v) at room temperature, the displayed strong emission 496 nm along color change from brown-red to yellow. The response attributed reaction dicyanovinyl groups afford hydrazone, which supported by 1H NMR HRMS. limit Che-Dcv for estimated be as low 1.08 ppb good selectivity over amines including hydroxylamine observed. Then, potential probe-coated test papers detect solution vapor phase demonstrated. Moreover, bioimaging living H1975 cells performed successfully.
