ABSTRACT
Ultrafast and reversible colorimetric responses to humidity changes are observed with disordered, nanoporous titania microspheres, optimized in speed intensity a monolayer coverage. The response times, defined by intracrystalline diffusion of water molecules, represent the fastest values for sensors.
