ABSTRACT
The lysosome-targeted probe CuNI exhibits highly effective fluorescence detection ability for Cu2+ in aqueous solution and cells. fluorescent enhancement is due to the Cu2+-catalyzed hydrolysis of AIE effect hydrolysate MFNI.
