We aimed to determine association elements serum samples IHD patients their correlation with systolic diastolic function. have been studied dysfunction categorized on basis echocardiographic parameters. measured concentrations sixteen 46 obtained during open surgery by ICP-MS. The levels chromium nickel were significantly higher as compared (p < 0.05). chromium, manganese lower ejection fraction (EF) 45% EF > There was no significant difference grade 0-1 2 patients. also found decreased concentration these associated These results suggest may reflect extent disease. findings hypothesis generating regards pathogenesis disorder.
