A simple and user-friendly nucleic acid sensing platform with 10 aM sensitivity, named USPCRP (combines ultrashort PCR Pyrococcus furiosus Argonaute cleavage for nuleic acids detection) is reported. The product of this could be directly used as a DNA guide to mediate PfAgo molecular beacons.
