Biodegradable supramolecular micelles were prepared exploiting the host-guest interaction of cyclodextrin and adamantane. Cyclodextrin-initiated polypeptides acted as hydrophilic corona, whereas adamantane-terminated polycaprolactones served hydrophobic core.
