ABSTRACT
The catalytic properties of bimetallic nanoparticles have been widely studied by researchers in many fields. In this paper, core-shell Cu/Au (Cu/Au NPs) were synthesized a simple and mild one-pot method, their peroxidase activity was proved catalyzing the oxidation 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) with color change to blue. solution absorbance strongly depends on concentration H2O2, so it can be used for direct detection H2O2 indirect glucose. What's more, GSH efficiently react hydroxyl radicals from catalyzed NPs inhibit production ox-TMB. Thus, determined decrease at 652 nm. results showed that our proposed strategy had good range limit glucose GSH. This method has practical samples great application potential environmental monitoring clinical diagnosis.
