ABSTRACT
Accurately analysing the particular glycosylation status of protein biomarkers is significant importance in precise, early diagnosis cancer. Existing methods mainly rely on use antibodies and lectins. However, due to macroscopic microscopic heterogeneity glycans, precise analysis still remains a challenge. Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs), as synthetic alternative or lectins, may provide new solutions but have not yet been explored.
