ABSTRACT
Stomach cancer is a global health concern as millions of cases are reported each year. In the present study, we developed pH-responsive microrobot with good biocompatibility, magnetic-field controlled movements, and ability to be visualized via X-ray imaging. The consisted composite resin layer. This was found fold itself in high pH environments unfold low environments. addition, neodymium (NdFeB) magnetic nanoparticles inside provided an by field through electromagnetic actuation system, monomeric triiodobenzoate-based particles were act contrast agents for real-time doxorubicin coating on microrobot's surface resulted cancer-cell killing effect. Finally, demonstrated proposed under ex vivo environment using pig's stomach. Thus, this approach can potential alternative targeted drug carriers, especially stomach applications.
