ABSTRACT
The all-inorganic CsPbI3 perovskite presents promising prospects due to its suitable band gap and nonvolatile nature, while serious nonradiative recombination unmatched energy level alignment hinder further developments. Here, a facile effective surface treatment strategy is proposed modify the with ethanolamine, leading significantly reduced defects, ameliorated morphology. Consequently, champion power conversion efficiency of 18.41% improved stability achieved for inverted solar cells.
