ABSTRACT
Aflatoxin is the main carcinogen that contaminates agricultural products and foods such as peanuts corn. There are many kinds of aflatoxins, mainly including aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), B2 (AFB2), G1 (AFG1) G2 (AFG2). Different types aflatoxins have different toxicity levels contamination to well food. Therefore, rapid, non-destructive highly sensitive qualitative identification species great significance maintain people's life health. The conventional terahertz detection method can only qualitatively identify samples at milligram level, but it not suitable for analysis trace samples. In this paper, a metamaterial sensor with "X" composite double-peak structure was designed based on electromagnetic theory investigate feasibility THz-TDS technology B2, solutions. Firstly, transmission spectra eight concentrations were collected respectively, then differences investigated. Finally, solutions modeled analyzed using chemometric methods. It found there significant in peak curves aflatoxin. Through comparative models, concluded prediction accuracy CARS-RBF-SVM model highest, calibration set reached 100%. 119 out 120 predicted correctly predicted, 99.17%. This study verified by combined technology, provided theoretical basis new aflatoxins. will facilitate food products. At same time, has important implications promoting other substances.
