ABSTRACT
Nickel stands out as one of the prevalent heavy metal ionic pollutants found in water. It is urgent to devise a simple, efficient, budget-friendly, highly-selective and proficient method for detecting Ni(II). This work reports an approach design nanofluidic diode ultrasensitive label-free detection nickel ions based on layer-by-layer assembly polyarginine (PA) polyglutamic acid (γ-PGA) inner surface asymmetric nanochannels. We can tune adsorption/desorption characteristics nanochannels Ni2+ by adjusting pH changes, i.e., PA-γ-PGA modified adsorb at 6 desorb 3 aqueous solution. pivotal adjustment facilitates reusable specific with limit 1 × 10-8 M. Moreover, system demonstrates commendable stability recyclability, enhancing its practical applicability. innovative holds promise recognizing diverse environments such water, blood, cells. The robust performance adaptability our proposed instill confidence potential future applications.
