ABSTRACT
This article describes an approach to publishing metadata on the Semantic Web from Open Access repository foster interoperability with distributed data. The two significant movements which led application of principles content: development repositories and software systems implementing them, movement, especially within libraries related institutions. The provides both conceptual practical insight into process converting a legacy relational dataset machine understandable semantic statements, a.k.a.'triplification', gives overview current frameworks that can fulfill this goal. One important outcome effort proof-of-concept is repository's content be straightforwardly published as Linked Data.Another result ability link valuable external datasets, enabling data become more contextualized 'meaningful'.Finally, SPARQL querying shows potential triplifications surpass use local data. From engineering points view, towards Data, interest librarians, managers developers who work for libraries.
