ABSTRACT
Abstract Low earth orbit constellation satellite communication has the characteristics of low propagation delay, path loss, launch cost and wide range applications. Due to orbital altitude short period satellites, relative position between satellites gateway stations changes fast. As a result, links need be switched continuously. Based on minimum handover frequency algorithm, this paper considers balance workloads, proposes load balanced strategy. In proposed strategy, joint optimization algorithm is employed, power allocation optimized improve system capacity. multi‐satellite connection model, an adaptive guarantee service quality system. Simulation results demonstrate efficiency
